Gonzaga University Athletics Collaboration (2026)

If you know me and have followed my journey you would know that I have worked a lot with staff members and athletes at Gonzaga University throughout all the years I’ve been in business. One of my very first customs I ever made was a pair of Gonzaga Air Force’s for Campbell which she continues to own till this day 3 years ago when she was a freshman at Gonzaga. Campbell is now an employee in the Athletics department over at Gonzaga who manages a lot of the operations and activities for Gonzaga Basketball. With it being three years since I last made shoes for her it was now time to create a completely new and revamped design for her that would go above and beyond our previous pair. The end result? This super detailed pair I managed to create in what is perhaps my favorite pair of Zags shoes I’ve made to date. For this design we went with the traditional “Zags” color-way made up of navy blue, red, and white. For logos we went with both of the most iconic ones and made an enlarged version of them to make the design really pop. We additionally incorporated the silhouette of the state of Washington on the shoe tongue and the “GU” logo on the back heel tab of the shoes to give it that sporty factory finished look. Partnering with Campbell has always been a true blessing that I’m grateful for, as working with her has always brought me new customers over at Gonzaga that still return to me for more custom footwear every year to continue building that customer loyalty.
